Dingguan Biotech offers one of the lowest MOQs in the shampoo manufacturing industry, making private label and custom haircare accessible for brands at any stage.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Standard MOQ: 1 ton per formula per SKU. This equals approximately 2,000-3,000 bottles depending on bottle size (e.g. 300-500ml).

Why 1 ton? Our production lines are optimized for efficient batch manufacturing. The 1-ton MOQ balances our production efficiency with your cash flow and inventory needs.

For new brand launches, we recommend starting with 1-3 SKUs at 1 ton each to test the market before scaling.

Sampling Policy

Sample lead time: 3-7 working days for existing formulas. Custom formula samples: 7-15 working days. Sample fees apply for custom development and are refundable against your bulk order.

Production Lead Time

After sample approval and deposit:
- Existing formula, standard packaging: 20-25 working days.
- Custom formula, custom packaging: 25-35 working days.
- Rush orders available: contact us for expedited production (additional fees may apply).

Lead Time Breakdown

- Formula preparation and raw material sourcing: 5-7 days.
- Mixing and production: 5-10 days.
- Filling, labeling and packaging: 5-10 days.
- Quality control and final inspection: 2-3 days.
- Export documentation and loading: 2-3 days.

Payment Terms

T/T 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Other terms negotiable for established partners.
